We purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Wilson's Appliance and Mattresses. Our front load Kenmore washing machine gave out without any notice. My wife wanted to go back to a top load and after researching different brands decided on Speed Queen. We were met by their sales person Christine. She was very helpful by listening to what we wanted and guiding us to the model with the features we needed. She took time with us to explain in detail how each feature worked and she did not try to up sell us. They had the model in stock. We decided to let them deliver and remove the old unit. This went very well. They arrived on time and the install was first rate. We will definitely return to Wilson's Appliance when we need to purchase more appliances. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service from showroom to installation. We purchased a built-in refrigerator which was difficult to install due the age of our home, but the guys did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Wilson's will be our go-to store for our next appliance.

First time shopping at Wilson's and will be repeat customer. Had washer go out and family coming in for visit. Big box stores put delivery at five days away. Went into Wilson's and spoke with Christine and she match the prices of the other stores and arranged a next day delivery. The delivery window was a two hour window instead of the normal four. Delivery was on time and effortless for me. Great personal service.
