I bought a package at a great deal for my new kitchen in 2019. They are beautiful but 2 of the 4 are not working. Its too expensive to have LG come out and look at my fridge to see if its the motor under warranty for 10 yrs. Dont understand that. It wont cool but code says nothings wrong with it. Not real happy with LG right now. Only doing this for sweepstakes entry. Thank you.

After having less than two years the compressor went out and ruined over $400.00 dollars of food. T
LG replaced under warranty. Now under six years old it went out again. Food ruined again. Made service call about three weeks ago and never got a call cack so last Friday we went and bought a different brand.

Its beautiful I love the double doors including the see-through feature. However I was sorely disappointed when it started cooling less and less in the past several months. Finally a month ago the compressor gave out setting me back $500 for labor to replace it. Two different technicians told me this model had issues with the compressor. I hope I would have known that when I fell in love with it in the showroom.

We purchased this refrigerator a little less than 5 years ago as part of a kitchen remodel we actually purchased a whole kitchen suite of LG Studio appliances.
First thing - the look of this unit really sets our kitchen off We get so many compliments not only on the refrigerator but the whole set of LG Studio appliances
The features and design control panel insta view door in door ice maker split adjustable shelves humidity controlled crisper etc are outstanding.
Our refrigerator actually performed pretty flawlessly until a few weeks ago when the compressor failed and the unit was completely down. Although our 3 year extended warranty had expired the technician stated that we still should be covered under the LG warranty. We contacted LG Customer Support and they sent out their technician who made all necessary repairs at no cost to us
I gave a 4 star rating because the unit did fail within 5 years of our purchase. However the support and follow up by LG was exceptional.
