This fridge worked for less than 24 hours before heating up to a balmy 67 degrees and spoiling all our food. I called CS to request service. The first appointment was a week later with a tech who sat on my kitchen floor and watched youtube videos on how to repair refrigerators. The second tech showed up 2 weeks later and decided the compressor was broken without even plugging the unit in or pulling it out from the wall. The tech scheduled a repair appoint for 2 weeks later and told me the replacement part would show up before then. The replacement part sat in a warehouse for 10 days and -- not surprisingly -- did not show up in time for the appointment. My appointment was moved out another 2 weeks. By the time of the next appointment, I will have owned a fridge for 6 weeks that worked for less than 24 hours. Every CS agent tells me a different story and most just hang up on me. I am unable to reach anyone who can or will escalate.

The look is so nice and clean. My kids have a hard time with closing left side door too hard and it causes the door to be ™open™. It does have a beeping alert so it is hopefully not ajar for too long. Lots of space and functionality. Very happy with this purchase

We moved into our home which had a Samsung. The ice maker gave us troubles from the start until it was leaking water and dispensing slush instead of ice. Replaced with this fridge from Home Depot. We are really glad it still has a water dispenser up top, but moved the ice maker to the bottom. Gives us more room in the fridge and allows more ice storage - in an environment more suited for ice. Love the space in the fridge and the doors. They are not wasteful and make up for some lost space by adding very small shelves in the bottom which fit things like minced garlic. The ice maker took a little while, but then really picked up!The only thing I'd like to have corrected is that the internal water dispenser tends to let out a drop of water after you close the fridge door. Otherwise we are very happy.

Bought it for the in-door water spigot. Refrigerator is spacious and adjustable. Freezer is basic. Could use some redesign, an extra narrow shelf, a way for the ice tray to open with the freezer drawer would be nice.

A few suggestions....when you open the left, top door, you need to put the folding flap back in place or else the doors won't close...a royal annoyance. Also, there should be a separate butter keeper. The fresh fruit and vege bins come with packets of powder to absorb odors...waste of time and money.

Well we™™ve only had it for about a week now, but so far it™™s good! We went from water and ice on door to ice in freezer and water on inside door which frees up a good amount of space in the refrigerator! As of now everything is good ! Water out of fridge is not super cold, for me not an issue don™™t always need it to be super cold. But if you do grab some ice. Also the door compartments are really big which is another plus!

Since I just received delivery of the fridge, at the moment all we can say is that all is well and running smoothly with no issues to report. We are happy with the choice of selecting this model with less bells and whistles and hope it will last a long time with no issues. I will have to repot back in 3-6 months to provide an update.

This refrigerator is, for the most part, pretty quiet. Water dispenser works great, ice-maker is reliable and works like a charm. Refrigerator looks professional. I am very picky and this model past all the tests. Seriously consider this model, it™™s definitely worth it. However, reach out in a year when the initial warranty wears off. Then truth be told, we shall see. BTW, always best to buy appliances directly from manufacturer.

So far, we have not had any issues and it™™s working well. It™™s has plenty of room in the refrigerator part and for the freezer part it™™s a couple cubic feet smaller than what we previously had but we are getting used to it and it will be fine. We have two people in our household .The ice cube production was slow at the beginning, but I like how the ice cubes are compared to our old refrigerator. They don™™t seem to stick together and they™™re smaller. The people that delivered the refrigerator were super nice and helpful.

With the ice maker in the freezer there is so much more room in the refrigerator. So many trays and racks. Love the water dispenser inside. Love the round handles. I may remove divider in freezer as seems to limit space each side.

Love this Professional Frigidaire, it's sleek looking, stunning asset to my kitchen. Open the door and more awesomeness between the lighting interior accents and that open feel, plus the space in each door. What's even more spectacular how well veggies and cheese keep, fresh, last longer and like the day you purchased them. An important have to have feature, the water filter, with the pressure of the thumb it pops out, replacing the filter a dream, there's a track it runs along and once again with your thumb, you pop it in! I won't mention the other 2 major brands even the sales staff could hardly replace the water filter. One last thing ice maker and the size of the ice cubes fantastic. Thank you Frigidaire for making such a beautiful and efficient refrigerator.

Lots of storage room and flexibility to organize things in the fridge, and I love that the ice maker makes cubes, not wedges. Also like the pull-out tray in the freezer. It looks great and the french doors are convenient. I do wish the freezer drawer was less wobbly coming out. You really have to pull from the middle of the handle. Also, I really wish they wouldn™™t put tape on the interior of the fridge for shipping. There™™s gluey bits of blue tape stuck in there that won™™t come off without strong solvents they specifically tell you not to use. But nits aside, it™™s a very good fridge.

Be aware of getting this brand, it™™s not reliable anymore, our fridge is broken in the first month and everything in the fridge is frozen, a technician confirmed that it is a defective product, and the experience with Frigidaire support is not pleasant, I cannot believe I paid more than 2k for a a terrible product.

We struggled to find a refrigerator that had flexible shelving options and a fold away shelf to allow for taller items. this Fridge fit the bill. The shelving can be adjusted to allow for various heights. The exterior is a little less than ideal, seems they skimped on some things, the edges of the doors top and bottom are not smooth where the stainless folds around the curves, the flap between doors is plastic (durability is concerning) and the decorative ends of the handles also appear to be plastic.
