Love the black steel finish.It was a pain to remove the thin plastic coating around the doors, which involved having to lift up the door seals, cut the plastic with a razor blade and then reposition the door seals.Love the storage size of both the fridge and freezer.

Okay except the high pitched whine

I bought this refrigerator in November of 2022, to replace a fridge from another brand that had a terrible icemaker. I was hoping this fridge would be great. This fridge has an acceptable ice maker, but, it has a high pitched whiny noise that is intermittent, and when it does stop, the sound goes slowly down the scale in a minor key. At first I thought it was just me, but house guests asked if an alarm was going off, and other guests have mentioned it. The sound is heard throughout the house, I can hear it from my bedroom! Granted, my house has an open floor plan, but this is a bit much. I had the service tech come, and he installed padding to quiet the compressor, but that did not touch the whiny sound. i have been told there is nothing that could be done from the manufacturer, I will have to live with it or replace it at my own cost.

We are still evaluating the Fridge, as it was just delivered on 8/22/23. What we see so far is: It was very well packaged, no dents or scratches on the outside. The display is easy to read and operate. The interior is very well lit with the LED bulbs compared to other models we looked at.The shelves don't offer as many position changing choices in this model fridge as our old one, so we had to remove one shelf to accommodate our larger bottles and the freezer shelves positions can't be changed. The shelves are thinner glass than my previous model also, we are hoping they stand up to daily use. The door shelves are thinner plastic and one has already cracked just from putting it into the slots, I wouldn't put heavy soda or milk bottles on the door as I don't think the plastic would stand up to the daily wear. The insert that sits at the bottom of the water/ice dispenser is a removal colored plastic piece, which should allow us to clean up any split water.The ice cubes dispensed so far was just 6 and they were very small compared to what our old fridge dispensed, but as I said it is only a day old. As you can see from my photo we have a bowl of old ice that we kept from the old fridge, until this new unit makes enough ice. We will need to wait to compare ice production.The fridge does run very quietly. We are happy with the look of the exterior. The energy rating of $91 yearly 647 kWh was a major attraction for this unit. Us needing black stainless did limited the choices of brands to choose from.Although not part of the refrigerator I can't say enough about the excellent delivery men from Home Depot!

Unfortunately, the supplier I got this refrigerator from sold me one that had a lot of issues. Whatever piping that runs underneath from the right door leaks constantly and the vent in the bottom back of the freezer freezes over and leaks. The water spout also is not sealed properly and leaks so we cannot use this feature. Other than these issues, the fridge is great. Very roomy and is easy to adjust. I like the shelving as well.

I™€™m a bit disappointed that I didn™€™t research this purchase. The filtered water dispenser doesn™€™t swivel out like my previous refrigerator did. Also, the little ledge that is below the water/ ice dispenser is way too small. You can barely fit anything on it. It should really be bigger. It does a great job of crushing ice. I also like the feature that lets you know that there was a power outage while you were out.

Our last Fridge was 3 years old when the door fell off of it. The ice maker stopped working 6 months in, it would kick on once in a while, but for the most part it didn't work. Then one night my wife has having problems shutting the door, shortly later the bottom hinge snapped off and it was laying on the floor. We scrambled to get to a store before they closed, but we picked this one up and 6 hours after the door fell off, we had the new fridge cooled, loaded, and we have been happy since. Pros:Drawers open so smoothIce maker worksEasy SetupChills quicklyBeverage timer (so you can put a drink in the freezer and not forget it)Cons (as small as it may seem):It is hard to see the water/ice dispenser at night (the light doesn't stay on long after drawing ice or water), so unless you know where the place is you need to touch to change the function, you are in the dark.

A little disappointed. When delivered the doors were all jacked up. Not level. Freezer door higher than fridge door. After tech came out looks better but still not even. Tech says that the floor is off level just enough to keep doors from lining up. Also had to replace fridge door switch! Not a good start. Other than that it's working great so far.

Love the sleek design! It has plenty of capacity in both the fridge and freezer. Love the interior lighting and the lighted water/ice dispenser. I researched refrigerators long and hard before purchasing. Very pleased with my choice!

Light stopped working

We bought our fridge on April 24 2023 and after just a few days the light in the fridge part stopped working and can't replace it ourselves because of the chip and tech came and looked at it but haven't heard anything back about when it is actually going to be fixed after over a week. Just the fact that it stopped working so soon and the fact I can't even work on it myself and it's taking so long to be fixed when it should be so simple is frustrating
