This is my second frigidaire side-by-side because of the smudge proof line. I have had the technician there twice in the last month to level the doors. They got them level but now the refrigerator side juts out further than the freezer side, and the tech said there's nothing he can do about it. Also, it drips slightly from the ice shoot. I find it hard to believe that it cannot be fixed. Otherwise, I love this refrigerator which is why I bought a second one.

The shelves inside the freezer are collapsing and do not stay in the walls. This issue started right away and my freezer was not overstuffed at all! I cannot store anything in my freezer without having it come tumbling onto my toes.I connected the water and was extremely disappointed when I saw that the water dispensed is not cold at all. I was looking forward to dumping all the bottles I had in my fridge until then. What is the point in having water dispenser if I have to use the space in my fridge for more water?

I love the look at the refrigerator. It is spacious and roomy but it is a noisy refrigerator. Ours came from the factory with a broken icemaker. The repair man ordered a board and a New icemaker motor. The motor did not come in so he just installed the board and it began working. The whole process from Pegasus took almost 3 weeks. Icemaker is working fine now. I do love how when you open the door the light gradually comes on. It looks good With the smudge proof finish.

Its to loud when the icemaker fills up and when it dumps the ice out. the control panel the words and digits are fuzzy. the clear clear water/ice handle doesn't come down far enough making where not easy to fill, Also it doesn't chime when the when the doors are left open ....

Bought this model refrigerator in 2018 and had it repaired at least 8 times because it froze the food in the refrigerator, before the manufacturer replaced 8 months later with the same model only to have it do the exact same thing. Clearly a design defect. The appliance company we purchased it from has repaired the replacement at least 3 times and their last solution was to turn up the refrigerator temperature. All that did was cause the fresh fruits and vegetables in the storage bins to go bad quicker after cooling to a temperature just above freezing. Even with the chill gauge at the lowest point. I will never buy another Frigidaire again. Very disappointed.

This is a great refrigerator with great features. Crisper drawers keep vegi's and fruit fresh. Water and ice dispenser works well. Love the crushed ice feature. Sometimes it sounds like a motorcycle outside the building, and makes a lot of "alien" clicking and clacking noises. Ice maker is very noisy when the ice drops into the bin.

I am thoroughly enjoying my Frigidaire Galary Refriderator. It looks clean and sleek and also has some cool features. The screen tells you the temperature for easy food safety monitoring and also tells you the status of the water and air filter and when it would need to be changed, which is a bonus. Who has time to keep track of all those little things! I prefer side by side, as i think its easier to keep freezer portion clean and organized. Happy with my purchase!

Bought this fridge June 2019, the first one had many issues and it was replaced in October 2019 through warranty and complaint. The second one I thought was good now a year later my freezer shelves are falling out of the wall of the fridge and the freezer seal will not hold causing frost to build up. I wish I hadn™Â€™t bought multiple pieces of the suite in black stainless now I™Â€™m stuck with the Frigidaire brand and this awful fridge!

I researched a lot of different refrigerators and for some reason the super pricey $2500+ ones always had issues with the ice maker or temperature. I've had this for a month now and the temps are amazing. The ice maker works great. There are a few small chips that may miss the cup if you don't hold your cup right up to the top but that's better than not being able to get ice at all! Space inside is great for us. Would definitely recommend.

We've had this Refrigerator for 30 days and everything seems to be working great. The water has stuck on a couple times so we'll see if that is a reoccurring issue? it is not loud and Noise seems to be a non-issue for us.
